Shipping and Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Digital downloads, custom-made items, or sale items are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@leacayoungart.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Please use a trackable shipping method for your return; we are not responsible for items lost in transit. With the exception of stencils, some paper products and stickers.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to ensure stock availability.
Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [Your Email Address] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Leaca Young Art. We are committed to ensuring your items are packaged securely and delivered promptly.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed twice a week.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, as noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Stencils, some paper items and stickers are ground shipping and can take longer to arrive.
All shipping costs are included in the price. The price you see includes shipping.
Domestic Shipping
Most orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2-4 weeks.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped with the exception of stencils and stickers.
International Shipping
We ship internationally! Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Delays
While we strive to ship your order promptly, unforeseen delays with carriers or customs may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Shipping Timeline from Alaska and Texas
We are working to have all items in my shop shipped from Texas. Right now only the Stencils and Stickers ship from Texas. This means that they will arrive to the lower 48 faster.
Shipping from Alaska isn’t quite like shipping from other parts of the U.S. While I aim to get your orders out quickly, please keep in mind that shipping from here requires some extra time:
If you live in the lower 48 states: Expect about two weeks for delivery on average. In some cases, depending on the item and destination, it can take up to one month for your order to arrive. Even “two-day shipping” options may take longer here, so I appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these unique logistics.
For international orders: Shipping outside of the U.S. can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination and any customs processing along the way. I’m always available to help with any questions about international shipping times.
Tracking Availability
Not every item in my shop includes tracking, and this is to help keep costs lower for you. Stencils, waterproof stickers, and smaller paper bouquets are shipped without tracking by default, as this reduces shipping fees. However, if you’d like to add tracking to these items, I offer a $5 tracking add-on option in my shop. This way, you can choose tracking if it provides peace of mind for your order.
This tracking add-on is a single item in my shop. You only need to add it to your cart once, even if you’re ordering multiple items. For example:
If your order includes:
3 stencil sets
2 waterproof stickers
…simply add 1 USPS Tracking to your cart if you would like tracking on this shipment.
